Pros: good quality good value quick delivery guarente
Cons: none so far
Good quality, as good as Dell recommended cartridges for my printer and considerably cheaper, a quick delivery, and guarenteed replacement if any problem. Only downside is annoying printer messages about level of ink etc. but that's Dell for you, I will never buy anything from them again.

The black ink cartridge only worked once. Every time the printer refuses to recognise the cartridge with the message 'cartridge missing'. Probably better to buy original Dell cartridge.
